Your shipment will always be handled by an assigned member of our specialist courier staff on an individual basis.
It will never be consolidated or co-loaded.
Where temperature controlled transport and packaging is required, our dedicated logistics consultants will be monitoring the shipment at all times, ensuring that temperature stability is always maintained before, during and after transport.
Samples received by 14:00 a.m. are delivered within Europe in one or two working days. Depending on the need of transportation we provide through the extended network of associates the following shipments:
• door to door before 9:00 a.m. the next possible working day
• door to door before 10:30 a.m. the next possible working day
• door to door before 12:00 a.m. the next possible working day
As far as for transfers outside the European Union, covering the global transport web, we can deliver within one to three days, depending on the processing customs speed.
The fastest possible transportation is our main objective, combined with active monitoring and proof of delivery in each of the cases.
